Full Job Description
Responsibilities: - Accountable for achieving revenue targets for the North America market. - Develop and execute a regional go-to-market strategy, leveraging market data, historical performance, and industry insights. - Run a quarterly forecasting cadence to provide visibility of sales pipeline status, plan to achieve targets, and assess upside/downside risks. - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, including managing multi-level leaders and sales functions. - Collaborate with key cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales Operations) to set go-to-market priorities and optimize revenue growth. - Partner with the GTM team on annual budgeting, tracking key performance indicators, and providing insights and recommendations for deviations. - Maintain operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline development, training, hiring, performance management, collaboration, and sharing of best practices. Job Information 【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $360000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
