About the Role:

Lead Dyson's U.S. media strategy across all channels, integrating full-funnel planning and activation to grow both category and brand presence. Partner with category directors and cross-functional teams to create annual plans, optimize campaigns, and maximize media effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development & Execution
  • Shape and implement annual media plans per category, plus cross-category brand initiatives
  • Identify high-performing and emerging media channels; test, learn, and refine strategies
  • Oversee budget planning, costing models, and scenario planning to achieve commercial objectives
  • Develop and maintain a Brand to Demand operating model, balancing brand-building and direct revenue goals
  • Measurement & Optimization
  • Lead media mix modeling (MMM), collaborating with insights, analytics teams, and agency partners
  • Cascade actionable MMM reports; drive an environment of continual performance review and learning
  • Set and review agency KPIs, ensure campaign optimization, and maximize ROI
  • Media Planning, Evaluation & Auditing
  • Manage agency partners to reach the right audiences across digital/traditional platforms, and innovate throughout the purchase journey
  • Ensure timely campaign delivery and maximize value of media investments
  • Collaborate globally to track performance, refine plans, and implement digital initiatives
  • Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
  • Drive integrated digital campaigns, working closely with e-commerce, retail.com, and affiliate teams
  • Increase site traffic, conversion rate, and average order values using data analytics and major digital platforms
  • Manage budgets, negotiate services, and build comprehensive media views for each funnel stage
  • Team Development & Leadership
  • Build, develop, and motivate a high-performance media team
  • Inspire passion and expertise in digital media, foster continuous improvement, and support internal/external communication


About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 10+ years total marketing experience, including 5+ years in digital and 3+ in senior leadership roles
  • Deep experience with transactional websites for consumer brands, paid search, and analytics
  • Strong grasp of media channels, digital creative assets, web technologies, campaign optimization, media mix modeling, and ROI evaluation.
  • Proven ability to manage agencies, direct projects, motivate teams, and communicate effectively
  • Innovative, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Experience with major analytics tools, online search marketing certification (preferred)
  • Able to travel up to 25%
  • Strong project management, leadership, and team-building skills
  • Deep understanding of Dyson's brand and values


Salary: $168,000-$210,000 annually + bonus opportunity
