What will you do in this position?
  • Partner with Business leaders, Global leaders, and Commercial teams to define and execute marketing programs that drive expansion, retention, and loyalty within C-suite customers
  • Design and lead integrated marketing strategies that drive meaningful engagement across the customer journey, including targeted communications (email, newsletters, nurture, social, PR) and high-touch executive experiences (roundtables, summits, and curated engagements)
  • Translate customer, competitive, and market insights into differentiated executive programs, thought leadership, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Convert high-level executive engagement into enterprise action by supporting targeted workshops that align stakeholders, define strategic priorities, and drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Measure and optimize the impact of customer marketing programs on engagement, retention, pipeline velocity, and growth outcomes
  • Build a deep understanding of customer segments, buying cycles, and competitive dynamics to inform segmentation, targeting, and program design

  • Experience in digital transformation, software, energy management, industrial technology, or infrastructure markets.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying centers, C-suite priorities, and complex B2B sales environments.
  • Excellent communicator, translating strategy into clear, actionable programs that resonate with all audiences and proven ability to connect marketing strategy directly to commercial growth.
  • Experience leading executive customer communities, advisory boards, or strategic account programs.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and delivering against tight timelines
  • Experience working with senior corporate leadership and global matrix organizations.

  • Lead high-visibility initiatives that shape company strategy and drive revenue growth
  • Work with talented, collaborative teams in a culture that values innovation and bold ideas
