What Impact Will I Make?

As Head of Market Access Operations & HUB Services, you will lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of Glaukos' patient access ecosystem, ensuring patients can access our therapies quickly, efficiently, and with minimal barriers. You will build and scale innovative patient support capabilities that improve speed-to-therapy, enhance provider and patient experiences, and support the successful commercialization of both current and future therapies.

Serving as the enterprise leader for HUB services, affordability programs, specialty pharmacy operations, and Patient Access Liaison capabilities, you will partner across Market Access, Commercial, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Medical Affairs to build scalable, patient-centered programs that support our growing portfolio and advance Glaukos' mission to transform lives through vision.

What Will I Do?
  • Lead the strategy, design, and continuous optimization of Glaukos' HUB services, patient support programs, affordability offerings, specialty pharmacy partnerships, and Patient Access Liaison capabilities.
  • Develop innovative solutions that improve speed-to-therapy, patient adherence, provider satisfaction, and the overall customer experience while supporting both current and future product launches.
  • Provide executive oversight of HUB vendors, specialty pharmacy providers, affordability partners, and patient support operations, ensuring strong performance, compliance, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Leverage data, analytics, and technology-enabled solutions to drive continuous improvement, inform strategic decision-making, and enhance business performance across the patient access ecosystem.
  • Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and unwavering commitment to helping patients access transformative therapies.

How Will I Get There?
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, specialty therapeutics, or broader healthcare industry, including 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in patient services, market access operations, HUB services, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement support, or patient access programs.
  • Proven success designing, building, scaling, and optimizing patient support capabilities that support commercial products, growth-stage brands, lifecycle expansion opportunities, and new product launches.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex patient support programs within specialty pharmacy, buy-and-bill, biologics, rare disease, or other access-intensive therapeutic environments requiring sophisticated reimbursement and access strategies.
  • Deep understanding of HUB operations, patient support programs, affordability offerings, specialty pharmacy networks, reimbursement ecosystems, and the evolving patient access landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, including HIPAA, OIG guidance, privacy regulations, patient support governance standards, FDA regulations, and operational controls that ensure compliant program execution.
  • Experience leading complex vendor relationships, governance models, performance management frameworks, service-level agreements, contract optimization initiatives, and external partner oversight.
  • Advanced analytical and business intelligence capabilities with the ability to leverage operational data, performance metrics, and customer insights to drive strategic decisions, continuous improvement, and innovation.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and build alignment across matrixed organizations and executive leadership teams.
  • Strategic, customer-focused leader with a passion for innovation, operational excellence, talent development, and improving experiences for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers while balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
