This role translates enterprise manufacturing strategy into disciplined execution-aligning production capability, maintenance effectiveness, and continuous improvement to growth objectives while integrating new and legacy operations into a unified, scalable operating model.

- Deep maintenance and asset reliability expertise (preventive & predictive maintenance)
- Scale-up and complexity growth experience
- Site and plant integration experience across operations, supply chain, commercial, and projects
- Proven EBITDA, margin, and financial performance ownership
- Experience in regulated environments (CFIA, HACCP, SQF/FSSC or equivalent)
- Senior-level capital project and financial accountability
- Strong cultural and change leadership credibility
- Ability to leverage operational technology, data, and AI while maintaining execution discipline
