TITLE: Head of Maintenance Personnel and Warehouse Activities - Airbus Working Party
EMPLOYER: Airbus Americas, Inc.
LOCATION: Mobile, AL
DUTIES: Coaching, training, evaluating, and assessing the team to ensure the Working Party organization is having the relevant set of expertise and competences for the targeted work, including structural damage evaluation, hands-on assistance for complex aircraft major repairs, embodiment, and modifications, advising and releasing of the work performed. Managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets and providing a forecast to the finance department for all expenses and expansions of the Working Party Organization related to the annual operating plan objectives. Promoting and maintaining the Environmental Health and Safety culture for the organization including a proper training plan in identifying local solutions to comply with OSHA and other standards defined with the H&S Team worldwide. Setting Safety[redacted] as a priority. Defining skills and quantifying
of people required in the team considering the targeted activities in Americas and beyond.

REQUIREMENTS: 5 years in any job title involving experience in airframe maintenance or aircraft systems.
Prior experience must also include: Working experience on aircraft major and complex structural repair projects; Experience in team management; Experience applying FAA and EASA regulations; Experience presenting training sessions for customers on performing complex aircraft repairs; and Experience coordinating with customers on site and reviewing the working party process. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required for business meetings and conferences.
