What You'll Own and DoAs Head of Inside Sales, you'll be responsible for the overall performance and development of our inside sales organization.
Lead and Coach- Lead daily sales huddles and weekly coaching sessions
- Conduct live and recorded call reviews
- Coach discovery, objection handling, consultative selling, and closing skills
- Develop individualized coaching plans for every advisor
- Hold high performers accountable while helping struggling reps improve
Manage Performance- Monitor activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics
- Forecast production and identify trends
- Ensure CRM accuracy and reporting discipline
- Address performance issues quickly and professionally
- Celebrate wins while maintaining high expectations
Build the Team- Work with our Talent Acquisition team to hire exceptional sales talent
- Lead onboarding and ongoing development
- Create future team leaders from within the organization
- Build a culture people want to be part of
Improve the Business- Improve sales processes and operating rhythms
- Identify friction that slows advisors down
- Use data to improve conversion rates and productivity
- Partner with Operations, Marketing, Technology, and our AI team to improve workflows and automations
- Build scalable playbooks that allow the organization to continue growing

Requirements- 5+ years of successful sales experience
- 2+ years leading, coaching, or developing inside sales teams
- Demonstrated success improving team performance through coaching and accountability
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing salespeople
- Strong understanding of pipeline management and CRM best practices
- Experience managing through metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-growing, evolving organization
- Ability to work full-time in our Dallas office
Insurance experience is a plus-but not required.
