ABOUT THE ROLE

Arium Networks is building a modern, independent IT organization following a recent carve-out. We are seeking a Head of Infrastructure to stabilize, modernize, and scale enterprise infrastructure, ensuring it supports growth, resilience, and operational excellence.

This leader will own end-to-end infrastructure delivery across cloud, network, end-user computing, and identity. Key priorities include post-transition stabilization (hypercare), TSA exit, and establishing a scalable operating model, while supporting new office buildouts including headquarters in Charlotte.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Stabilization & Operations
  • Lead post-migration stabilization across M365, IAM, and ServiceNow
  • Reduce ticket backlog and improve service performance
  • Establish SLAs, KPIs, and operational discipline


TSA Exit & Transition
  • Own infrastructure workstream for TSA exit
  • Ensure knowledge transfer, service continuity, and risk mitigation
  • Partner with vendors to accelerate transition


Infrastructure Strategy & Modernization
  • Define and execute target-state architecture (Azure-first)
  • Modernize cloud, collaboration, identity, and workplace services
  • Shift to proactive, engineering-led platform ownership


Operating Model & Governance
  • Implement platform-based ownership (M365, IAM, Network, ServiceNow)
  • Establish governance across incidents, change, and service management
  • Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement


Vendor & Financial Management
  • Manage MSPs and partners; ensure SLA adherence and performance
  • Optimize costs across cloud, licensing, and services
  • Align investments to business outcomes


Leadership
  • Build and scale a high-performing infrastructure team
  • Align structure to platform model; foster accountability and execution excellence

Where you will work

This role falls into our hybrid work model, which is 2-days work from home (Friday and Monday) and 3-days in the office (Tuesday through Thursday) to optimize collaboration, relationship building and key stakeholder engagement and may require some travel as needed.

Compensation

The pay range offered for this position is $244,000 to $324,000. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives
