Full Job Description
The Head of Immunology, Portfolio Manager will provide strategic leadership across Immunology and Infectious Disease portfolios while driving client partnerships, business growth, financial performance, and organizational excellence.

Responsibilities of the Head of Immunology, Portfolio Manager:
• Provide executive-level strategic oversight of multiple complex global clinical development programs across Immunology and Infectious Disease, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead portfolio strategy, senior client governance, financial performance, forecasting, resource planning, risk management, and key performance indicators across major accounts.
• Drive business development through proposal strategy, bid defenses, executive sponsorship, account expansion, and development of repeat business with biotech and pharmaceutical clients.
• Lead and develop Directors, project management leaders, and cross-functional teams while building a high-performing therapeutic-area organization.

Requirements of the Head of Immunology, Portfolio Manager:
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or a related discipline with 15+ years of clinical research experience and 10+ years of project or portfolio management leadership.
• Deep clinical development expertise in Immunology, with Infectious Disease experience strongly preferred, and comprehensive knowledge of drug development, clinical trials, and ICH-GCP requirements.
• Demonstrated success providing strategic oversight of large, complex global portfolios and leading senior-level client relationships, preferably with combined CRO, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical experience.
• Strong commercial, financial, and organizational leadership capabilities, including business development, proposal strategy, budgeting, forecasting, profitability, resource planning, hiring, coaching, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management.

Compensation for the Head of Immunology, Portfolio Manager:
• Salary range: $270,000 - $360,000 + Bonus
• Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law.
