Role Overview

The Head of Growth Marketing will lead Simbian's end-to-end marketing function, owningstrategy and execution across product marketing, demand generation, communications, digitalpresence, analyst relations, and partner marketing. This leader will translate complex technicalcapabilities into clear, compelling messaging for enterprise buyers, MSSPs, partners, analysts,and practitioners, while working closely with sales, partnerships, product, and executiveleadership to drive market awareness and measurable pipeline growth. This role will have broadinfluence on company growth and market perception and will use AI thoughtfully to help theteam move quickly while maintaining quality and clarity.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and scale a marketing engine that generates qualified pipeline for the salesorganization across enterprise and partner-led motions.
• Own Simbian's core messaging and narrative, including positioning around self improving SecOps, autonomous AI agents, reasoning-based defense, and stopping AI powered attacks.
• Lead product marketing across the website, pitch decks, solution briefs, campaigns, casestudies, and sales enablement assets.
• Drive demand generation programs with clear goals, strong experimentation, andrigorous measurement of conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
• Support and help orchestrate the BDR function in close partnership with sales leadershipto improve campaign follow-up, messaging quality, and pipeline creation.
• Build Simbian's thought leadership through content, customer stories, research-backedmessaging, and technical narratives that resonate with sophisticated security audiences.
• Own analyst relations and press activities to increase category visibility and strengthenmarket credibility.
• Work cross-functionally with product and technical teams to keep external messagingaccurate, differentiated, and tightly aligned with roadmap and customer outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performance marketing function over time, while remaininghands-on as an operator in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Proven success marketing preferably with 8-10yrs of experience in deep technical products to technical and executive buyers,ideally in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise software.

• Strong security domain knowledge, with the ability to understand and communicatemodern SOC, SecOps, red teaming, response, threat hunting, and security platformconcepts.
• Demonstrated results building demand generation programs that produce measurablepipeline and revenue outcomes.
• Hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, with comfort switchingbetween strategy, messaging, writing, campaign execution, and operational detail.
• Experience in startup environments and comfort operating with urgency, ambiguity, andhigh standards.
• Experience marketing to large enterprises and working with multi-stakeholder buyingcycles.
• High integrity, strong judgment, and a willingness to move fast, test ideas, and learnquickly.
• Practical fluency with AI tools for research, content creation, workflow acceleration, andexperimentation.
