Full Job Description
As a pivotal member of the Mortgage and Retail Lending leadership team, the Head of Growth Enablement will be the architect of our sales force's success in close partnership with the Head of Sales. This strategic role is responsible for designing and executing a unified strategy that integrates sales enablement, marketing, lead generation, communication, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader who can build a high-performing ecosystem that empowers our sales team to exceed targets, drive revenue, and capture market share. You will be responsible for ensuring our sales organization is equipped with the skills, knowledge, tools, and processes to excel in a dynamic and competitive landscape.

2. Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Enablement:
    • Design, build, and lead a comprehensive sales enablement program from the ground up, aligning with overall business objectives and sales targets.
    • Develop and manage a repository of sales assets, tools, and resources (e.g., playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, competitive intelligence) that are accessible, current, and effective.
    • Partner with sales leadership to identify and address key challenges and opportunities in the sales process.
  • Marketing & Lead Management:
    • Establish and optimize a robust lead generation and management process, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads to the sales team.
    • Analyze lead conversion data to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Communication & Content:
    • Develop and manage a strategic communication plan to ensure consistent, timely, and impactful messaging to the entire sales organization.
    • Act as the central point for all sales-related communications, including product updates, policy changes, and performance announcements.
    • Craft compelling content that supports the sales process and reinforces our value proposition.
  • Training & Performance Management:
    • Partner with our Learning team to oversee a world-class, multi-stage training and development program for the sales team, covering onboarding, product knowledge, sales skills, and continuous learning.
    • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.
    • Develop and manage a performance management framework that includes coaching, goal setting, and regular performance reviews to foster a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Build, mentor, and lead a cross-functional team of professionals in enablement, marketing, and training.
    • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the team and across the broader organization.
    • Serve as a key advisor to the Head of Mortgage and Retail Lending, providing insights and recommendations on sales strategy and execution.

3. Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience: 12-15+ years of progressive experience in sales enablement, sales leadership, or marketing within the financial services sector. Direct experience in Mortgage and/or Retail Lending is strongly preferred.
  • Leadership: 7+ years of experience in a leadership role with a proven track record of building, managing, and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful sales enablement and growth strategies.
    • Deep expertise in sales methodologies, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), and sales analytics.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
    • A data-driven, analytical, and strategic mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
    • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
