About the Role

This is a zero-to-one growth leadership role at an early-stage healthtech company building AI-powered reimbursement automation for interventional specialties. You will work directly with the founding team to define the go-to-market motion for medical device OEMs, shaping revenue strategy, key partnerships, and product-market fit from the ground up.
What You'll Do
  • Source OEM leads and open relationships across market access and reimbursement teams.
  • Run discovery sessions to map OEM workflows and identify product fit opportunities.
  • Develop a clear ideal customer profile and build a repeatable sales playbook.
  • Own OEM accounts end-to-end, from first call through signed contract and ongoing relationship management.
  • Attend key industry conferences and build community partnerships to expand reach.
  • Research opportunities across procurement, market access intelligence, and reimbursement infrastructure.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate OEM needs into product and commercialization priorities.
What We're Looking For
  • 4 to 7 years of experience working within medical device companies, with direct exposure to reimbursement or market access functions.
  • Experience in health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) that satisfies reimbursement and market-access requirements.
  • Deep understanding of the OEM ecosystem, including decision-making, budgeting, and how reimbursement risk affects commercial outcomes.
  • Background in endovascular, cardiovascular, or interventional radiology specialties is strongly preferred.
  • Cross-functional exposure spanning market access, reimbursement, supply chain, and R&D.
  • Comfortable actively incorporating AI tools into your day-to-day workflow.
  • Familiarity with the US healthcare system and payor landscape.
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and attend in-person meetings as needed.
Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $130,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus meaningful equity. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Location

Hybrid, based in New York City, NY. In-person presence is expected as needed, along with some travel to industry conferences.
