Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a relevant STEM field preferred; exceptional Bachelor's considered.
• 7-15 years of experience in applied machine learning/data science in fintech or similar domains.
• 4+ years of management experience in high-growth startup environments.
• Demonstrated experience in solving complex business problems with scalable ML solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python with experience in end-to-end machine learning processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the data science and machine learning teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Drive the end-to-end model lifecycle from feature engineering to monitoring and production.
• Communicate complex ML concepts and project updates effectively to senior management.
