Full Job Description
As Head of Corporate Communications, you will lead the development and execution of strategic communications, shaping the firm's external narrative, market positioning and investor communications that strengthen brand positioning and support the firm's growth objectives. Responsibilities • Own firmwide messaging, ensuring consistency across investor and marketing channels while shaping a cohesive narrative reinforcing the firm's brand; • Generate and implement Eagle Point's media strategy and content agenda to drive high-quality coverage enhancing the firm's visibility and positioning within the credit market; • Oversee internal creative services team and external PR vendor to deliver high-quality, on-brand communications that enhance the effectiveness of marketing and corporate initiatives; • Own firm website strategy, content and ongoing maintenance, positioning it as a core platform for investor engagement and public reporting; • Lead investor relations for Eagle Point's public funds, overseeing quarterly earnings materials and board presentations demonstrating a strong understanding of underlying financials and effective messaging; • Oversee outbound marketing collateral and investor relations efforts for all public funds ensuring high quality, presentation and timely delivery; • Advise senior leadership and coordinate firm responses to investor communications and media inquiries; and • Partner cross-functionally to ensure efficient delivery of communications and reporting deliverables. Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications or related field, preferably within asset management or financial services; • Demonstrated experience managing time sensitive earnings communications, regulatory disclosure and investor-facing materials for public vehicles; • Familiarity with FINRA requirements and public fund marketing standards; • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear, effective messaging; • Experience integrating AI tools and/or automation into creative and investor relations workflows to streamline content creation, data synthesis, and reporting processes, enhancing team productivity and output quality; • Experience managing or working with external PR agencies and vendor relationships; and • Strong judgment and ability to advise senior leadership on communications and reputational matters.
