Full Job Description
Meet the team:

Dexcom Canada's Marketing team is where strategy, science, and storytelling come together to help healthcare professionals transform diabetes care. As the Marketing Manager, HCP (Canada), you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how Dexcom's CGM innovations are understood, recommended, and adopted by prescribers nationwide-from endocrinologists and diabetes educators to nurse practitioners and primary care physicians. Working at the center of a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, you'll blend strategic thinking with hands-on omnichannel execution to drive real, measurable impact in the HCP channel. If you're energized by building smart, insight-driven campaigns, partnering closely with Sales, Medical, and Global teams, and seeing your work directly influence patient outcomes across Canada, this is the team-and the role-for you.

Where you come in:
  • You will drive increased awareness, preference, and recommendation of Dexcom CGM among healthcare professionals across Canada.
  • You will accelerate HCP adoption-particularly within T2 IIT and T2 Basal segments-through impactful omnichannel programs and strong sales enablement.
  • You will elevate HCP familiarity and engagement by optimizing conference strategies, educational content, and digital touchpoints.
  • You will deliver measurable growth in new patient starts directly tied to HCP marketing and field activities.
  • You will equip field teams with best-in-class tools and resources that enable meaningful clinic-level impact.
  • You will ensure consistent, compliant, and evidence-based messaging across all HCP interactions and channels.

What makes you successful:
  • Thinks strategically, translating market insights, HCP behavior, and performance data into clear value propositions, messaging platforms, and high-impact marketing programs
  • Proven experience developing and executing HCP marketing strategies that align national objectives with global brand direction, including support for product launches
  • Brings deep omnichannel expertise, designing integrated HCP engagement across field, digital, paid media, webinars, conferences, peer-to-peer, and non-personal promotion (NPP) channels
  • Demonstrated success leading NPP initiatives, including HCP social media (paid/organic where compliant), websites, landing pages, email campaigns, webinars, and virtual education programs
  • Strong ability to extend sales reach and influence HCPs through scalable digital engagement, reducing reliance on in-person access
  • Effective partner to Sales, translating brand strategy into field enablement tools and omnichannel tactics that support account-level execution and priority geographies
  • Experienced in paid media strategy and agency management, optimizing targeting, engagement, efficiency, and ROI across channels
  • Excels at sales enablement, developing impactful tools such as talk tracks, objection handlers, training materials, and resources that complement digital engagement efforts
  • Proven ability to lead HCP conferences, KOL engagement, and professional education initiatives while ensuring compliant, evidence-based materials through MLR processes
  • Data-driven and operationally strong, defining KPIs (awareness, adoption, NPS, ROI), managing budgets, optimizing performance, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
