Job Description:
Seeking an experienced HCM Presales Solution Architect to drive digital HR and workforce transformation solutioning for strategic clients. The candidate will lead HCM solution architecture, large deal pursuits, proposal development, transformational consulting, and executive stakeholder engagements.
The ideal candidate must possess deep expertise in at least one of the following enterprise HCM platforms:
• Workday HCM
• Oracle HCM Cloud
• SAP SuccessFactors
• UKG Pro / UKG Dimensions
The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, account teams, delivery organizations, alliance partners, and industry experts to create differentiated HCM transformation solutions and drive business growth.
Must Have Technical / Functional Skills

R oles & Responsibilities
Strategic Solutioning
• Lead HCM transformation solution architecture for medium and large pursuits.
• Design future-state HR operating models and digital workforce transformation roadmaps.
• Develop differentiated HCM solutions aligned to client business objectives.
• Define enterprise-wide HCM architecture strategies and target architectures.
• Conduct HR transformation assessments and maturity evaluations.
Presales & Pursuit Support
• Lead solutioning activities for RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proactive pursuits.
• Participate in customer workshops, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Create solution artifacts, transformation roadmaps, architecture diagrams, and implementation strategies.
• Support effort estimation, staffing models, transition planning, and pricing discussions.
• Build compelling business cases and value realization frameworks.
Enterprise Architecture
• Define integration architecture across HCM, ERP, Payroll, Identity, Finance, and third-party systems.
• Design scalable architecture patterns supporting global HR operations.
• Define security, compliance, governance, and data privacy frameworks.
• Recommend modernization strategies and cloud migration approaches.
Client Engagement
• Engage directly with CHROs, HR Transformation Leaders, CIOs, and Enterprise Architects.
• Act as a trusted advisor for digital HR transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate executive-level design thinking and roadmap workshops.
Practice Development
• Create reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific offerings.
• Support alliance programs with Workday, Oracle, SAP, and UKG.
• Mentor consultants and architects within the HCM practice.
• Contribute to thought leadership, white papers, and market-facing solution assets.
Preferred Qualifications
• HCM platform certification in Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG.
• Experience supporting pursuits exceeding $5M TCV.
• Experience in multi-country HCM transformation programs.
• Knowledge of HR process mining and workforce analytics.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI use cases in HR.
• Experience with managed services and application support transformations.
• Experience working with Fortune 500 enterprises.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• 12-18+ years of HR technology consulting experience.
• 5+ years in solution architecture or presales architecture roles.
• Deep hands-on expertise in one HCM platform (Workday, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or UKG).
• Strong consulting, transformation, and client-facing experience.
• Proven track record supporting large HCM pursuits and enterprise transformation programs.
• Ability to serve as a strategic architect for growth initiatives and large-scale workforce transformation programs
Salary Range: $224,400-$303,600 a year
