About the role

We are seeking an accomplished Practice/Technology Director to lead enterprise Integration and Data Migration services while driving Cloud Adoption and Organizational Change Management initiatives. This executive-level role is responsible for establishing strategic direction, leading delivery teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful implementation of large-scale transformation programs. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in enterprise integrations, data migration strategies, cloud technologies, and change management methodologies. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, oversee complex consulting engagements, and contribute to the growth and maturity of the organization's technology consulting practice.

What you'll do

Practice Leadership

  • Lead the Integration and Data Migration practice, establishing methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks.
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and service offerings aligned with client business objectives and emerging technology trends.
  • Mentor and develop managers, architects, consultants, and technical delivery teams.
  • Support business development activities including solution development, proposal responses, client presentations, and capability demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Integration and Data Migration Leadership
  • Provide executive oversight for enterprise integration initiatives involving cloud and on-premises systems.
  • Lead data migration strategies, planning, governance, and execution for enterprise modernization programs.
  • Establish best practices for data quality, data governance, validation, reconciliation, and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure successful delivery of integration and migration projects through effective planning, monitoring, and quality assurance.

Cloud Adoption and Transformation

  • Lead cloud adoption strategies and enterprise modernization initiatives.
  • Guide organizations through cloud readiness assessments, migration planning, and operational transformation.
  • Oversee technical and functional cloud solution implementation efforts.
  • Establish cloud governance frameworks, operating models, and adoption strategies.

Organizational Change Management

  • Direct change management activities to support technology transformation and user adoption.
  • Develop stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness strategies.
  • Assess organizational impacts and implement mitigation plans to support successful adoption.
  • Ensure business processes and workforce readiness align with technology transformation objectives.

Program and Delivery Oversight

  • Provide leadership for large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs.
  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and resource planning.
  • Ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Present program status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and client sponsors.


Qualifications

  • US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, systems integration, data migration, cloud transformation, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of consulting, practice leadership, program management, or related technology leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Extensive experience with integration architectures, data migration methodologies, and enterprise modernization programs.
  • Experience leading cloud adoption and organizational change management initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.


Preferred

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and enterprise SaaS transformation programs.
  • Experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations involving integrations, security, reporting, and data migration.
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration platforms, APIs, middleware technologies, ETL tools, and cloud-native integration services.
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience supporting federal government agencies and highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of federal security, compliance, and governance requirements.
  • Experience implementing organizational change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Professional certifications in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, project/program management, change management, or data management disciplines.
