Job SummaryThe HCL Notes Developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting existing HCL Notes (Lotus Notes) applications. Key Responsibilities- Develop, enhance, and maintain HCL Notes applications to support business operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by users in a timely manner.
- Provide ongoing support for existing applications to ensure system stability and performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve application efficiency and user experience.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Analyze existing applications and recommend enhancements or optimizations.
- Support transition efforts by maintaining legacy systems during modernization initiatives.
- Work closely with team members to ensure continuity of development and support activities.
- Document application changes, fixes, and enhancements.
Required Qualifications- Experience in HCL Notes (Lotus Notes) application development and support.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in legacy application environments.
- Experience with application enhancements and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with business users and stakeholders.
