What You'll Do:- Lead project kickoff
- Review and understand contract requirements
- Monitor budget vs. actual weekly
- Approve subcontractor invoices
- Approve overtime per company policy
- Communicate delays formally to owner
- Conduct financial risk reviews
- Escalate major risks to Integrator
What We're Looking For:- Proficient in using a computer and the below-listed programs:
- Microsoft Office (Project, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Bluebeam
- Must have strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task under time constraints and work effectively as a team player
- Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform duties in a professional manner and appearance
- Tactful, professional demeanor with the ability to interact effectively with subcontractors, employees, vendors, and others
- Read and understand plans and specs
- Ability to encourage and motivate your construction team
- Government Construction experience is a plus
- Construction Project Management experience required
