Job DescriptionWe are pleased to offer the following compensation:- Sign-On Bonus: $4,000 total - half paid after your first onsite shift, and the remaining half after 90 days.
- Per Diem: $1,000 weekly per diem available for full-time candidates for the duration of the project.

What YouWill Do:• Performwellness examinations, including blood pressure and blood glucosetesting
• Provide first-aid treatment and case management formusculoskeletal complaints, including the use of ice, heat,wellness stretches, massage, tape techniques, and knowledge ofnon-rigid bracing.
• Provide orthopedic injury evaluations
• Develop and implement site-specific wellness programs andinitiatives
• Conduct exhaustive ergonomic job risk analyses, which include taskanalysis, risk factor identification and quantification, postureanalysis, and body mechanics analysis.
• Design and/or implement ergonomics interventions utilizinginnovative, creative solutions and employee empowerment.
• Create an environment of trust and caring that empowers workers toreduce or eliminate actions or behaviors under their control thatcontribute to injury and illness.
• Communicate regularly with safety personnel regardingrehabilitation and injury preventionactivities.
• Author articles for various company newsletters and intranets asneeded.
• The onsite athletic trainer will not provide rehabilitationservices but will participate in education and preventionprograms.
• Act as a employee advocate for non-work-relatedinjuries.
• Candidates must be willing to take online Spanish classes or bebilingual.
Requirements• Minimum of 2 years of preferred athletic training experience is aplus
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Board Certified Athletic training certification
• State licensures certification
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Willingness to travel to various clientlocations
• Knowledge of OSHA Recordability and worker's compensation is aplus
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrelationships with clients and employees
• Previous ergonomic/occupational experience is a plus
