Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a Control Account Manager role or similar position focused on EVMS-based programs.
• Proven track record of managing subcontractors and evaluating subcontractor EV data.
• Solid technical knowledge of hardware and software training devices and simulation integration.
• Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and compliance assessments involving DCMA.
• Exceptional communication abilities for engaging with both internal teams and external customers.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, project management, or a related technical field.
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to secure a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance of subcontractors and control accounts.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor schedules, budgets, and EV data for compliance.
• Align scope, schedule, and budget for hardware and software integration activities.
• Conduct earned value measurements and variance analysis implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Maintain accurate Estimates to Complete (ETC) and Estimates at Completion (EAC) using EVM practices.
• Develop and update Control Account Plans (CAPs) and associated documentation.
• Support technical risk management and integration planning across hardware and software domains.
• Engage in technical reviews and customer meetings including DCMA surveillance activities.
