The Work
As a Radar Integrated Product Team Lead you will:
• Lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT)
• Be accountable for technical, cost, and
schedule performance of IPT work scope
• Lead IPT in planning and execution of IPT
scope
• Ensure IPT members receive functional
stakeholder approval of cost estimates and process adaptation
• Ensure cross IPT dependencies are
communicated and coordinated through SEIT
• Ensure IPT technical and programmatic risks are identified and managed
• Monitor IPT performance including earned
value management and technical progress
measures
• Ensure technical integrity of IPT products and manage technical debt
• Lead IPT and model RMS culture imperatives to meet IPT, program, and business key objectives
• Participate in independent program reviews, stakeholder in-depth reviews, and change control boards
• Provide timely and accurate resource
requirements (people/skills, tools,
infrastructure, etc.) to discipline leads
• Work with program discipline leads to identify IPT staffing
• Provide IPT recognition and stakeholder
performance feedback
• Support mentoring and career development
of IPT team
• Proactively communicate with all constituents
• Facilitate communication and collaboration
among IPT members and lower-level IPTs

A level 5 employee is typically senior-career and has 14+ years of professional experience.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Experience with Earned Value Management
System & Control Account Management
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired skills
• Familiarity with electrical and hardware
systems
• Experience supporting a product through
production
• Experience with proposals and Basis of
Estimate (BOE) development
• Prior project management experience
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $122,900 - $216,660. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $141,300 - $244,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
