Full Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Manage the entire hardware asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal, to optimize asset utilization and reduce costs.
• Utilize ServiceNow HAM Pro to track and manage hardware assets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date asset records.
• Develop and maintain asset management policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, and IT teams to facilitate the acquisition and deployment of hardware assets.
• Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of hardware assets to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Monitor and report on hardware asset performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to manage asset-related incidents and service requests efficiently.
• Provide training and support to staff on asset management policies and the use of ServiceNow HAM Pro.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in hardware asset management and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Work with Field support staff to coordinate Physical inventory of Hardware Assets and perform reconciliations with Asset Database to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 a Year
