Core Responsibilities:- Provide various hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and related services.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend personalized solutions.
- Learn and apply hair replacement techniques (training provided).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming salon environment.
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional customer experiences and support overall salon operations.
- Promote and sell hair care products and services, meeting sales goals and contributing to salon revenue.
Qualifications:- Certified Hair Stylist or Barber with a valid license.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the area of hair replacement.
