Oil & Gas Project Manager / Superintendent

Location: Field-Based Oil & Gas Construction Projects - West Texas / Jal, New Mexico Area
Schedule: Full-Time
Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oil & Gas Project Manager / Superintendent to oversee field operations and manage oil and gas construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and superintendent experience, with a proven background in CTB (Central Tank Battery) construction, tank battery installations, and flowline installations.

This position requires a hands-on leader who understands QA/QC processes, safety requirements, work scheduling, manpower coordination, productivity, and job cost tracking. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple crews and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily oil and gas construction operations.
  • Oversee CTB/tank battery and flowline construction projects from mobilization through completion.
  • Manage multiple field crews, subcontractors, equipment, and resources.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, and production goals.
  • Track job costs, labor, equipment, materials, and overall project productivity.
  • Implement and maintain QA/QC processes to ensure work meets project specifications and customer requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and oilfield safety standards.
  • Conduct safety meetings, site inspections, JHAs, and other required safety processes.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Monitor quality of workmanship and address deficiencies or field issues.

  • Ability to travel to field job sites throughout West Texas and the Jal, New Mexico area.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
