  • Develop test plans and strategies aligned with release scope and migrations.
  • Analyze requirements and user stories to identify gaps and drive clarifications with business teams.
  • Coordinate onshore/offshore execution including work allocation and handoffs.

Full Job Description
As an experienced Guidewire Testing Manager,you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Project Delivery Talent Model is designed for professionals with specialized skills that align to a current client need. Team members focus on delivering services to clients, without additional expectations related to business development or promotion. Work you'll do/Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for QA status reporting, progress updates, and executive escalations.
  • Act as the onshore SME for Insurance workflows and Guidewire testing.
  • Lead daily standups, defect triage sessions, and key stakeholder working sessions.
  • Partner in project planning, requirements reviews, sprint planning, and scrum ceremonies to keep QA aligned.
  • Own end-to-end QA delivery across the STLC for in-scope portfolios.
  • Develop test plans and test strategies aligned to release scope and wave migrations.
  • Analyze requirements and user stories, identify gaps, and drive clarification with business teams.
  • Coordinate onshore/offshore execution, including work allocation, handoffs, and TEM/TDM support.

Qualifications

Required
  • 8+ years of experience in software testing.
  • Experience in Insurance domain workflows and Guidewire testing.
  • Experience managing end-to-end QA delivery across the STLC.
  • Experience coordinating teams, defect triage, and stakeholder communication.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. This may include overnight travel.
