Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud and external systems.
- Build REST APIs, event-driven integrations, batch interfaces, and web service integrations using Guidewire Integration Framework.
- Develop and customize PolicyCenter applications using Gosu, business rules, workflows, PCF configurations, plugins, and extensions.
- Collaborate with architects to design scalable cloud-based integration solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, Guidewire Cloud deployments, and production issue resolution.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 4+ years of Guidewire PolicyCenter Cloud Integration development experience.
- 3+ years of Guidewire Cloud Platform implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in Gosu, REST APIs, web services, messaging, and enterprise integrations.
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain.
- Exposure to middleware and cloud integration technologies is preferred.
Preferred: Experience working on large-scale enterprise integration projects within the P&C Insurance industry.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $120,000 - $140,000/Annum

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
