Job Description
Capgemini is hiring experienced Guidewire BillingCenter (GWBC) Configuration Developers to support a high-priority Payments & Payroll Deduct Stabilization program.
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve payment processing, money application, and reconciliation defects.
• Configure and enhance Guidewire BillingCenter using Gosu.
• Troubleshoot payment allocation, unapplied cash, and transaction posting issues.
• Support Direct Bill, Agency Bill, Payroll Deduct, and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Develop and maintain BillingCenter integrations with external systems.
• Collaborate with architects, BAs, testers, and business teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of Guidewire BillingCenter development experience.
• Strong GWBC Configuration and Gosu development expertise.
• Experience with PCF, Rules, Data Model, Work Queues, Batch Processes, Plugins, Messaging, and Integrations.
• Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP services.
• Deep understanding of Payment Processing, Money Application, Reconciliation, and Payroll Deduct.
Preferred
• Guidewire BillingCenter Certification.
• P&C Insurance domain experience.
• Guidewire Cloud experience.
• CI/CD and DevOps exposure.
Priority Skills: GWBC, BillingCenter Configuration, Gosu, Payment Processing, Payroll Deduct, Money Application, Reconciliation, Production Support, SQL.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 - $140,000/Annum

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
