Who you areYou're a connector, someone who genuinely loves finding exceptional go-to-market talent and gets excited about the companies and missions they represent. You'll join Vesta's Talent team at a pivotal moment, owning recruiting across our sales, implementations, and customer success functions as we scale. Working directly with GTM leaders, you'll have a direct line of sight into Vesta's growth strategy and real ownership over how we build the teams driving it.
About the role- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions including Sales, Implementations, Customer Success, and Marketing from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and close, ensuring the candidate experience is thoughtful and intentional every step of the way
- Partner with GTM leaders to define role requirements, develop structured interview processes and feedback forms, and calibrate on what "great" looks like for each function
- Build and manage proactive candidate pipelines for competitive GTM roles through sourcing, referrals, and community engagement
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, LinkedIn Recruiter AI) to draft and iterate on outreach sequences, job descriptions, and candidate communications that reflect Vesta's brand voice
- Track and report on recruiting metrics including pipeline health, time-to-fill, and offer acceptance rate
[Optional] Bonus Points!- Experience recruiting in fintech, mortgage, or financial services
- Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever or a comparable ATS
- Experience at a Series A-C startup

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $125,000-$170,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
