Full Job Description
What You'll Own:
Product Launch Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of product launches from development through go-to-market and post-launch review
Build and manage detailed launch plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies
Ensure alignment across Product Development, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain from kickoff through launch
Program Management
Establish and run a consistent operating cadence for launches, including planning, tracking, and reporting
Lead cross-functional meetings to drive progress, identify risks, and maintain accountability
Serve as the central point of coordination for launch readiness
GTM Alignment
Partner closely with Marketing on campaign timing, positioning inputs, and launch readiness
Ensure Operations and Supply Chain are engaged early and prepared to support launch requirements
Drive clear ownership and accountability across all stakeholders
Roadmapping & Planning
Support the development of a forward-looking product roadmap in partnership with leadership
Translate strategic priorities into executable plans with defined milestones
Tools & Process
Own our internal project management tool as the system of record for product launches
Standardize workflows, templates, and reporting across teams
Identify gaps in process and implement improvements that scale

Required Qualifications
Must be based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA.
4-8+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or similar roles
Experience leading cross-functional product launches in a consumer or beauty environment preferred
Strong understanding of go-to-market execution
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholders
Comfortable building structure in a fast-paced environment
Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar tools
Based in Los Angeles or Orange County, CA (preferred)
US Summit Requirement: Twice a year, you'll work in-office for 4-5 days during our US Summit.

Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including go-to-market execution and seasonal product strategies
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with experience managing product documentation, compliance requirements, and project files
Familiar with product data management, including SKU setup, item configuration, and product specifications (e.g., dimensions, case packs)
Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-changing environments, with strong adaptability and problem-solving skill
Strong communicator with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels
