Full Job Description
We9re looking for a GTM Engineer to build and scale the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power CLEAR9s B2B go-to-market organization. Sitting within B2B Operations, you9ll work across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify friction, build technical solutions, and turn our revenue engine into a faster, smarter, and more scalable system.

What you9ll do:
  • Build and optimize workflows across the GTM funnel, using automation, AI, and systems integrations to improve how we generate, route, qualify, convert, and expand revenue
  • Own and evolve our revenue systems architecture across Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack, building workflows, integrations, reports, and tooling that make our teams more effective
  • Prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions that automate manual work, surface actionable insights, improve data quality, and help Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams operate more efficiently
  • Design and maintain the data flows and integrations connecting systems including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, troubleshooting issues and eliminating points of friction
  • Partner directly with GTM leaders and frontline teams to identify bottlenecks, translate business problems into technical requirements, rapidly test solutions, and scale what works

How you9ll measure success:
  • A scalable, optimized Salesforce instance and integrated revenue tech stack that supports business complexity
  • Improved pipeline conversion, forecast accuracy, and revenue predictability
  • Measurable improvements in sales cycle time, productivity metrics, and system adoption through automation and AI
  • Trusted partnership with B2B leadership, influencing strategic decisions through data and operational insights

What you9re great at:
  • 8+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Systems, Growth Engineering, or a similarly technical business systems role in a high-growth environment
  • Building solutions, not just requirements-you9re comfortable getting hands-on in Salesforce, automation platforms, APIs, integrations, data tools, and emerging AI technologies
  • Turning ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions, with a bias toward prototyping, testing, measuring, and iterating quickly
  • Working across modern GTM systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, Gong, ZoomInfo, and integration or automation platforms such as Workato, Tray, or similar tools
  • Using data to diagnose funnel performance, identify opportunities, and measure whether the systems and automations you build are driving meaningful business outcomes
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels - from executive dashboards to workflow configuration
  • Experience with territory planning, quota modeling, and compensation plan operationalization

How You9ll be Rewarded:

At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you9re at your best, we9re at our best. You9ll work with talented team members motivated by our mission of making experiences safer and easier. Our offices are bright and energetic with an open concept and plenty of conference rooms and casual co-working spaces. We also offer catered lunches every day and have fully stocked kitchens. Outside of the office, we invest in your well-being and learning & development with stipends and reimbursement programs.

We offer holistic total rewards, including comprehensive healthcare plans, family-building benefits (fertility and adoption/surrogacy support), flexible time off, annual wellness stipend, free OneMedical memberships for you and your dependents, a CLEAR Plus membership, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
