Full Job Description
The RevOps GTM Analytics team's mission is to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency by delivering data-driven insights that optimize the revenue lifecycle and enable informed decision-making across Marqeta's sales organization. As a GTM Analytics Manager, you'll operate as a senior individual contributor - independently owning high-visibility analytics work across pipeline, forecasting, and performance measurement, and serving as a trusted go-to partner for Sales, Delivery, and RevOps leadership.

This position is for an existing vacancy.

We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within the province where you reside, whether that's Ontario, Canada or British Columbia, Canada. We'd love for you to join us!

The Impact You'll Have
  • Independently own and drive high-visibility analytics projects across the revenue lifecycle - pipeline analysis, forecasting, win/loss trends, and conversion optimization - from scoping through delivery with minimal guidance
  • Serve as a go-to analyst and trusted cross-functional partner to Sales, Delivery, and RevOps leadership, translating business questions into data-driven recommendations backed by rigorous validation and documented QA
  • Lead the design and build-out of one or more of the team's strategic self-service dashboards (Pipeline Metrics, Sales Activity Performance, or Existing Customer Data Performance) in Tableau/Looker/Salesforce, in support of getting the sales org fully self-service on business-critical metrics
  • Help reduce the team's ad-hoc reporting load by identifying common request patterns, building reusable data models and templates, and creating self-service tools and documentation for "power users" on the sales team
  • Contribute to streamlining the delivery/launch forecast process - partnering with FP&A, Partner Operations, and RevOps
  • Bring AI into the team's day-to-day work: design, build, and implement AI-assisted workflows, automations, or lightweight agentic tools that cut down manual reporting and data-hygiene work and free the team up for higher-value analysis
  • Model the team's operating principles day to day: data-first decision-making, rigorous QA, active cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement of tools and process
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of Fintech or payments experience in Sales/Revenue Operations, GTM/business analytics, or business consulting (or equivalent) - you operate as a strong independent contributor and need no guidance on core technical execution
  • Advanced SQL (multi-table joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization) and expert-level dashboard/report development in Tableau and/or Looker
  • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analytics work - e.g., automating reporting pipelines, building lightweight agentic or LLM-powered tools, or using AI coding assistants to move faster
  • A track record of independently scoping and delivering analytics projects end-to-end, using research, data, and peer feedback to move work forward with little oversight
  • Strong data storytelling skills - able to translate technical analysis into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Established credibility as a cross-functional partner, with a collaborative, feedback-oriented approach to working with stakeholders and teammates
  • Low-ego and genuinely curious - quick to ask questions, admit what you don't know, and take feedback as an opportunity to improve
  • Growth mindset, with a real interest in mentoring others and contributing to the team's analytics discipline and best practices
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with Python or R for analytics and automation
  • Statistical analysis background (hypothesis testing, regression, cohort analysis)
  • Experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools
  • Prior experience informally mentoring or guiding junior analysts
