Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in contract law and commercial contracts.
- 8 years of experience in establishing vendor performance management solutions (e.g., service level agreements and key performance indicators).
- 8 years of experience supporting global vendor operations in a leading technology company or in management consulting.
Preferred qualifications: - Experience managing a large portfolio of vendor contracts, including collecting and analyzing data to inform decision making.
- Experience leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, and experience in influencing decision-making at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Ability to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities and experience in bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Ability to skilled multitaskers a large and varied workload in a fast paced environment, and a demonstrated ability to meet strict deadlines.
About the jobThe Commercial Contracts Program Manager is a strategic role within the Strategy, Governance and and Transformation Office (SGTO) team, tasked with governing and overseeing GSRSs global vendor contracting and compliance activities, advising on vendor strategy and performance management, maintaining GSRS's large and portfolio of vendor contracts, and providing vendor managers with business operations support through the GSR Deal Desk.
In this role, you will enable GSRS teams by supporting the vendor engagement lifecycle from sourcing to performance management, by developing tailored vendor contracting and performance management solutions, and by driving contract portfolio consolidation and efficiencies through analysis of data and metrics. You will play a key role in shaping the future direction of GSRS's vendor and contracting strategy and governance.
You will work closely with GSRS colleagues and key Google stakeholders such as Legal, Global Procurement Organization and Extended Workforce Solutions, and using extensive commercial contracts and legal expertise you will be a key resource who ensures that GSRS aligns with best practice legal, compliance and performance management standards. The role will focus on delivering operational efficiency through AI-embedded models and AI-driven innovation, while maintaining high quality service standards for GSRS vendor managers globally.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

- Support Deal Desk operations, oversee outsourced services, and design scalable, AI-enabled processes to drive efficiency.
