Job Description:Following the acquisition of Kellanova, the Integration Management Office (IMO) team will continue to lead the integration of the heritage companies into the future Mars Snacking segment. This role is a key part of the IMO team, specifically focused on driving the delivery of tech, digital, and data integration projects within the Sales and Marketing functions across North America. This includes a particular emphasis on:
- Marketing capabilities, such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Marketing Resource Management (MRM).
- Sales capabilities, such as Revenue Operations, Category Management and Digital Commerce (DCom).
Reporting to the Sr. Director, North America IMO Tech Lead, the IMO NA Growth Delivery Sr Lead will ensure the successful execution of critical integration initiatives, contributing directly to the broader tech, digital, and data integration roadmap for the North America region. This involves translating global Mars capabilities related to Sales and Marketing into phased, achievable plans for the Kellanova NA organization.
This is a program, role as part of the Mars Snacking integration program with a planned end date in Dec 2028.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Project Planning & Execution:- Owns the complete project lifecycle: from detailed planning, resource allocation, to master roadmap creation and final product hand-over to Business-as-Usual (BaU) digital technologies teams.
- Contributes to the regional tech, digital, and data integration roadmap, specifically for Sales & Marketing IMO projects.
Vendor & Contract Management:- Manages the full vendor lifecycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and performance, ensuring accountability for scope, timeline, and budget for Sales and Marketing integration projects.
Integrated Delivery & Execution Leadership:- Directs hands-on project execution, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to hit milestones and achieve successful delivery of integration projects within Sales and Marketing projects.
Proactive Risk & Dependency Management:- Identifies, mitigates, and resolves all project risks, issues, and dependencies, maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders at a project level.
Job Specifications / QualificationsKnowledge / Experience- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in project or program leadership roles within Digital Technologies, with a strong focus on CPG Sales and Marketing.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and programs in a Merge & Acquisition (M&A) environment, specifically related to technology .
- Proven experience managing multi-third-party ecosystems and external vendors, including contract negotiation and performance management .
- Practical experience with, or a strong understanding of, specific Sales and Marketing technologies.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
