Role Overview

Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Growth Strategy Manager in Los Angeles, CA to evaluate new business models and make recommendations on how to optimize existing business opportunities.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience conducting market and competitive analysis in the interactive entertainment industry, leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and tools, including SensorTower, IDG, and Newzoo to size markets and assess audience, game, and franchise trends; building and maintaining advanced financial and business models, including TAM, SAM, SOM, unit economics, portfolio analysis, and ad- and subscription-based models with scenario and sensitivity analysis to guide executive decisions on portfolio allocation, regional expansion, and new business models; driving global strategy through hypothesis-driven problem structuring, roadmap development, and cross-functional coordination to deliver high-impact initiatives; developing executive-ready recommendations and presentations that synthesize complex market, financial, and consumer insights into clear strategic options with quantified impact and implementation plans; and tracking and translating technology, business model, and consumer trends across live-service, cross-platform, mobile, subscription, and emerging markets into actionable long-term strategies. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
