Description:The Growth Strategy Manager plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth by partnering closely with Sales, Client Services, and Marketing. This role is responsible for developing compelling sales strategies, shaping narratives for prospect conversations, and ensuring operational excellence across sales tools, processes, and materials. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, detail-oriented, and energized by turning insights, trends, and data into stories that help win new business.
Sales Strategy & Support:
- Partner with Sales to develop strategic approaches for pitches, including pre-meeting research, positioning, and messaging.
- Prepare and customize pitch decks and supporting materials tailored to each prospect and vertical.
- Adapt and refine case studies to align with specific prospect needs and conversations.
- Capture meeting notes and support timely, effective follow-ups in partnership with Sales.
Sales Operations & Enablement:
- Own Salesforce operations, ensuring all meetings are logged with accurate stages, notes, and activity tracking.
- Maintain and update pricing operations, sales dashboards, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Support sales process optimization by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Messaging, Storytelling & Thought Leadership:
- Craft compelling stories and outreach messaging tailored to specific industries and verticals.
- Curate and share relevant current events, industry news, and articles to support sales outreach efforts.
- Track and synthesize social media trends and emerging AI trends to inform sales narratives and prospect conversations.
Social & Brand Presence:
- Rethink, develop, and execute a cohesive LinkedIn strategy for the entire sales team to improve visibility, engagement, and prospecting effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and content ideas to help sales leaders build authentic, consistent thought leadership.
Project Management:
- Identify gaps in the sales process and manage small-scale improvement projects from scoping through implementation.
- Manage version control and distribution of sales collateral across teams.
- Monitor progress on enablement initiatives and report status updates to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as the primary liaison between Client Services and Sales to support smooth handoffs and ensure up-to-date performance metrics, results, and success stories are incorporated into outreach and pitch materials.
- Coordinate and execute all sales and marketing gifting initiatives to support prospecting and relationship building.
Product & Platform Feedback:
- Gather insights from prospect meetings and feedback to inform BN Influencer roadmapping and enhancements.
- Partner with internal teams to translate market feedback into actionable product and positioning recommendations.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, sales enablement, consulting, or a related role.
- Strong experience supporting sales teams in a B2B or agency environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales operations best practices.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong storytelling mindset.
- Ability to synthesize data, trends, and insights into clear, compelling narratives.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, and emerging AI technologies.
Pay Rate:$75,000-$90,000 base salary
