Job Description

Overview of Role

L.E.K. Consulting is hiring a Growth Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our US commercial growth function. This is a high-impact role for a sharp, organized, and commercially curious operator who thrives at the intersection of process design, AI-enabled workflows, and cross-functional execution.

You will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer and support the GTM Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, and three BD leads to keep the function running with precision. Think of this role as someone who makes things happen, holds the function accountable to its operating rhythms, and brings relentless focus on efficiency and improvement.

Key responsibilites

Operations and program management
  • Serve as the operational right hand to the CGO: own intake, prioritization, and tracking of cross-functional growth initiatives
  • Manage the operating cadence of the US Growth function, including leadership meetings, planning cycles, and cross-team coordination
  • Support the GTM Lead, Digital Marketing Lead, and BD leads on process design, reporting, and operational standards (e.g. content production and promotion process and tools, attribution reporting, overall performance reporting, annual GTM planning, etc.)
  • Act as escalation point for prioritization and sequencing conflicts across teams

AI and process improvement
  • Drive AI and automation adoption across the Growth function, identifying and implementing tools that reduce manual effort and improve output quality
  • Partner with the CGO to define and continuously improve the operational infrastructure of the function: workflows, intake processes, SLAs, and activation standards
  • Train teams on AI-enabled tools and build adoption habits across BD, GTM, content, and events
  • Benchmark the function's use of technology and identify gaps relative to best practice

Reporting and special projects
  • Support Digital Marketing Lead on CRM data integrity, reporting frameworks, and dashboard production
  • Produce executive-ready performance summaries and ad hoc analysis for CGO and leadership audiences
  • Lead or co-lead special projects assigned by the CGO, ranging from annual planning to organizational design work
  • Identify patterns across Growth function data and surface insights that inform prioritization

Budget stewardship and vendor operations
  • Support budget tracking, vendor invoice management, and financial reconciliation for the Growth function in partnership with the CGO, finance and other Growth function leads
  • Maintain spend tracking and flag variances or risks to budget owners in a timely manner

Qualifications

The right candidate is a high-performing operator with strong analytical instincts, genuine enthusiasm for AI tools, and the maturity to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • 6-9 years of experience in operations, program management, marketing operations, or a PMO capacity in professional services or B2B
  • Demonstrable experience implementing AI or automation tools in a marketing, sales, or operations context
  • Strong project management skills and ability to hold multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing accuracy or urgency
  • Data-literate: comfortable with dashboards, reporting logic, and performance frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to produce clean, executive-ready materials
  • Collaborative and low-ego: effective at supporting others without needing to own all work product, process and outcomes
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM), project management tools (Wrike or similar), and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree required

Additional Information
  • The expected base salary range for this position is $115,000- $130,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • L.E.K. Consulting offers a competitive total rewards package including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, HSA contributions (where applicable), paid time off, and other firm-sponsored benefits.
  • This role is based in either our Boston or Chicago office and follows our hybrid work model for U.S. offices. We require employees to be in their assigned home office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week, as well as the first Friday of each month.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for employer sponsorship.
