Full Job Description
The Role:

At Glia, we believe banking is personal-and our marketing should be, too. The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue across key customer segments.

Working closely with Sales, Business Development, Experiential Marketing, Impact Marketing, and Revenue Operations, you will act as the "CMO" of your assigned sales territories, driving regional strategy toward new business and expansion pipeline generation. In this highly visible role, you will build and own ABM-focused marketing plans designed to engage and land key accounts, and build scalable campaign plays that engage decision-makers across target financial institutions.

You will lead localized ABM territory "pods" comprising Growth Marketers, Account Executives (Sales), and Business Development Representatives (BDRs). As the pod leader, you'll develop the overarching territory marketing plan and direct execution so all functions work in total unison. We are looking for a driven self-starter who excels at directing traffic and navigating ambiguity to push demand generation plans across the finish line.

What You'll Do:
  • Territory Strategy & ABM Leadership: Serve as the single-threaded owner and marketing lead for 7-10 sales territories, crafting targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) plans that engage high-value accounts and accelerate sales velocity.
  • Pod Ownership: Lead cross-functional ABM territory "pods" (Growth Marketing, AEs, and BDRs), driving alignment, orchestrating multi-touch campaign plays, and ensuring seamless execution across all revenue channels.
  • Integrated Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel growth initiatives (digital ads, field events, email, webinars, and partner co-marketing) tailored to target account segments within your territories.
  • Sales & BDR Enablement: Partner directly with Sales and BDR teams to deliver campaign toolkits, target account insights, personalized cadences, and follow-up plays that convert account engagement into qualified opportunities.
  • Event & Field Alignment: Collaborate across Marketing and Sales to align local field initiatives, executive dinners, and regional touchpoints with global GTM goals and your territory pipeline strategy.
  • MarTech & AI Integration: Utilize modern marketing technology (Salesforce, Marketo, target account/intent tools) and leverage AI workflows to streamline account enrichment, content scaling, and campaign delivery.
  • AI & Workflow Automation: Integrate modern AI tooling and automation into everyday growth workflows-leveraging AI for copy generation, audience enrichment, campaign iteration, and operational efficiency.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor account-level engagement and full-funnel pipeline contribution, utilizing CRM and dashboards to report insights and course-correct strategies in real time.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, or field marketing experience, with proven success leading account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated capability to act as a "CMO" of a region-directing cross-functional pod members, aligning GTM teams, and managing competing priorities without formal authority.
  • Content & Messaging Craft: Strong copywriting and message-framing skills-able to write compelling email cadences, landing page copy, and campaign briefs that resonate with B2B buying committees.
  • Full-Funnel & ABM Expertise: Deep experience building integrated, account-centric campaigns utilizing intent data and target account platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase).
  • Self-Starter Mindset: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, take full initiative, hold cross-functional partners accountable, and turn strategic plans into measurable revenue.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRMs (Salesforce), project management tools (Asana), and modern AI workflow tools.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong proficiency in evaluating pipeline health, lead progression, velocity, and account conversion metrics to optimize program ROI.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional campaign launches on tight deadlines.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally (US) for event coordination and onsite support, team offsites, and company events.
