About the Role

Now we're expanding our growth team to meet the demand for genetic optimization, and this role shapes how that happens.

What you'll do
  • Grow Nucleus across your territory by bringing on IVF clinics, fertility networks, Academic Medical Centers, and labs.
  • Be the go-to expert for REIs, OB/GYNs, Lab Directors and practice leadership, educating their teams on the value our products provide.
  • Make Nucleus feel like a seamless part of clinical care, for both our partners and our patients.
  • Bring what you hear from clinics back to product, design, and engineering to shape what we build.


What you'll need
  • 5+ years selling to physicians in diagnostics, genetics, reproductive health, or fertility.
  • 3+ years closing deals with IVF clinics, fertility networks, and industry partners, and know how to grow them.
  • You've launched products, opened new markets, and grown revenue.
  • You know fertility treatment, reproductive genetics, carrier screening, prenatal testing, and IVF lab operations inside out.
  • You know how to get both clinical and operational people on board, even in large organizations.
  • You move fast, hold yourself accountable, and don't wait to be told.
