The Role

The Marketing Applied Sciences (MAS) team develops analytics-driven solutions that help GM organizations achieve their business goals.

As the Group Strategy Manager, you will lead marketing measurement and optimization for the Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) brand and serve as the primary liaison between brand stakeholders, MAS, and technical teams.

You will lead a cross-functional squad of analytics strategists focused on marketing analytics, media optimization, audience strategy, and enterprise data and analytics platforms. Success in this role requires exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that accelerate decision-making and improve marketing performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and coordinate the CCA squad as the single point of contact between the brand, MAS, and other technical teams.

  • Oversee marketing analytics initiatives spanning campaign optimization, audience selection, consumer engagement, and media performance measurement.

  • Identify, prioritize, and execute high-impact analytics projects that improve marketing performance and ensure seamless delivery.

  • Lead reporting and translate data-driven insights into clear strategic recommendations for CCA marketing leaders.

  • Drive adoption of next-best actions and advanced analytics methodologies across the CCA marketing organization.

  • Manage squad resource allocation, project prioritization, and delivery dependencies to maximize impact and efficiency.

  • Build strong relationships with brand stakeholders and stay current on performance marketing, media optimization, and marketing measurement trends to advance innovation.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or another quantitative field.

  • At least 7 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, or a related strategic analytics role.

  • At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in marketing measurement, media optimization, audience strategy, or a related discipline.

  • Strong expertise in performance marketing analytics, including media mix modeling, attribution analysis, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.

  • Experience with marketing technology platforms, media measurement tools, and performance marketing channels.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex analytics projects from concept through implementation with measurable business impact.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to influence technical teams and senior brand leadership.

  • Strong business consulting skills, including the ability to frame strategic problems and develop data-driven solutions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and high-quality standards.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or another quantitative field.

  • Experience in automotive marketing or consumer durables.

  • Experience working with enterprise data and analytics platforms in a large, complex organization.

  • Experience leading marketing measurement and optimization programs for a major consumer brand.

The salary range for this role is ($134,700 - $207,600). The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.

Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
