Group Sales Manager: Rosewood CalistogaTHE TEAMAt Rosewood Calistoga, our Sales & Marketing team is responsible for building meaningful relationships, elevating brand awareness, and driving revenue through thoughtful business development strategies. As Group Sales Manager, you will work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Events, Finance, and Operations teams to position Rosewood Calistoga as Northern California's premier luxury resort destination for corporate groups and incentive programs.
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will play an important role in generating group business, cultivating strategic partnerships, and contributing to the successful pre-opening and long-term commercial success of the resort. Based on property, you will serve as a key ambassador for the Rosewood Calistoga brand while building relationships with meeting planners, corporate decision-makers, and luxury travel professionals. YOUR ROLEAs Group Sales Manager, you will drive group revenue growth for Rosewood Calistoga through proactive business development, relationship cultivation, strategic prospecting, and exceptional client engagement. You will identify and secure new opportunities while maximizing revenue across accommodations, catering, wellness experiences, and ancillary resort offerings.
Working collaboratively across departments, you will develop innovative solutions, negotiate high-value agreements, and create memorable experiences that reflect Rosewood's commitment to extraordinary hospitality. Your success will be measured through revenue generation, market penetration, client satisfaction, and your ability to establish Rosewood Calistoga as a preferred destination for luxury corporate meetings and events. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE- Drive group revenue growth by securing corporate meetings, incentive programs, and special events.
- Prospect and develop relationships with key planners, decision-makers, and luxury travel partners.
- Represent Rosewood Calistoga at trade shows, client events, and industry networking opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and secure profitable group contracts that maximize total resort revenue.
- Partner with internal teams to develop customized proposals and exceptional guest experiences.
- Identify opportunities to increase business through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account management.
- Maintain market intelligence and utilize competitive insights to strengthen commercial performance.
- Work collaboratively with Rosewood's Global Sales Organization and sister properties to generate new opportunities. Based on the most critical responsibilities identified in the Job Description

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on several factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
