What You'll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Build and develop a top-tier product marketing team focused on driving revenue and market growth
  • Drive Strategy: Own downstream marketing, positioning, and value messaging rooted in clinical and customer insights
  • Execute Excellence: Deliver high-impact campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies across channels
  • Collaborate Broadly: Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, and global marketing teams
  • Own the Portfolio: Manage lifecycle strategy from launch through end-of-life, optimizing performance and ROI
  • Elevate the Brand: Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints-from field enablement to industry events

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in medical device marketing or sales (5+ in marketing)
  • Proven success leading teams and driving commercialization strategies
  • Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution mindset
  • Expertise in product positioning, launches, and cross-functional leadership
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills
  • Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)


Preferred: MBA or advanced degree; experience in complex, high-growth environments
