Full Job Description
We9re hiring a Group Product Manager to drive product vision and strategy across E6E brands like Upward and BLK. We9re looking for an imaginative product leader who can turn deep understandings of specific audiences and their needs into distinctive, compelling experiences. It9s a player-coach role: you9ll lead a team of product managers, shape end-to-end experiences across iOS and Android, and stay hands-on in execution. You9ll partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Finance, and Trust & Safety to build distinctive experiences that drive user growth, retention, and revenue.

The connection starts online, but the real magic happens IRL - so we work together in our Dallas, TX office 3 days/week.

How you9ll make an impact:

  • Define and lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap across E6E experiences, aligned to company goals of user growth, engagement, and revenue
  • Drive product-led growth, owning key metrics including MAU growth, retention, payer conversion, and subscription and e0 la carte performance
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting a high bar for craft, analytical rigor, and executional excellence
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Brand to deliver high-quality product experiences and drive cohesive strategy and execution across the product lifecycle
  • Leverage the shared E6E platform to ship efficiently, while identifying where individual brands need differentiated, community-first experiences
  • Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform decisions, prioritize opportunities, and measure impact - breaking big bets into testable milestones and pivoting based on what you learn
  • Champion a customer-first mindset, deeply understanding the needs of the diverse communities our brands serve
  • Balance business objectives with community trust and safety, ensuring a respectful, inclusive, and high-integrity user experience
  • Establish and evolve product processes and operating rhythms that enable efficient, high-quality product development
  • Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to expand our impact and reach

We could be a match if:

  • You have 7+ years of product management experience building and scaling high-volume consumer mobile products
  • You have 2+ years of experience directly managing and developing product managers
  • You have experience leading subscription-based or otherwise monetized consumer products
  • You have a strong track record of driving measurable growth across user engagement, retention, and revenue
  • You are highly data-driven, with experience using analytics and experimentation to guide decisions and de-risk big bets
  • You are both strategic and hands-on - comfortable setting vision while also diving into execution details
  • You excel at cross-functional leadership, influencing and aligning stakeholders across multiple disciplines and leadership teams
  • You bring strong product intuition and UX sensibility, with a deep understanding of what makes great consumer experiences
  • You communicate clearly and succinctly in writing and in person, especially with cross-functional partners and leadership
  • You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can balance competing priorities effectively
  • You have empathy for the diverse communities our products serve, and are motivated by our mission to help people make meaningful connections

What9s the Team Like:

  • You9ll lead a cross-functional product team and partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Brand, and the broader E6E organization
  • E6E operates as a nimble, mission-driven division within Match Group, combining startup energy with global scale and shared platform leverage
  • The team is highly collaborative, with a strong focus on impact, ownership, and continuous learning
  • Success in this role means building a high-performing team, delivering meaningful product outcomes, and driving sustained growth across the portfolio
