Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management, hardware engineering, or infrastructure systems architecture.
  • 5 years of experience taking physical hardware products from concept to production and commercial deployment.
  • Experience defining and shipping server platforms, custom silicon, high-density racks, or data center networking hardware.
  • Experience managing commercial or technical partnerships with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Original Design Manufacturer (ODMs) or component suppliers.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Own the multi-year hardware roadmap for on-premises AI Infra needs, covering custom accelerators, host server platforms, cluster interconnects, and rack-scale infrastructure.
  • Define system requirements and hardware architectures tailored for AI labs and Neoclouds.
  • Lead co-development and commercialization partnerships with global Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs), Original Design Manufacturer (ODMs), and system integrators to scale manufacturing, supply chain, and deployment outside Google data centers.
  • Drive execution across silicon, systems hardware, thermal, power, firmware, and OS engineering teams to deliver a fully integrated, product offering.
  • Build the business and financial model for hardware externalization, including Bill of Materials (BOM) structuring, pricing, margin targets, warranty, and global support.
