Responsibilities- Define the multi-year vision for agentic operations, moving beyond simple RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to self-correcting, autonomous agent systems.
- Prioritize use cases for billing automation that offer the highest Return on Investment (ROI) in terms of accuracy and resource reallocation.
- Collaborate with Engineering and other teams across Google Cloud to build and deploy LLM-based agents capable of interpreting complex agreement and executing billing logic.
- Oversee the transition phase where manual operations serve as the ground truth for training and validating agentic outputs.
- Direct, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers driving automation initiatives across Google Distributed Cloud (GDC).
