Infosys is seeking a
Group Manager - Client Services for its
Media and Entertainment vertical. In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving strategic account growth, executive client relationships, and large-deal pursuits across a portfolio of Media & Entertainment accounts. The role will partner with Client Partners, Delivery Leaders, and industry stakeholders to accelerate revenue growth, expand wallet share, drive transformation programs, and position Infosys as a trusted strategic partner. The person will review sales plans and pipelines, support the unit BDMs by providing resources and navigating accounts to identify varied kinds of deals, build internal consensus and priority, and actively drive pursuits for larger proposals. The leader will also support and review proposal preparation, outcomes, and account plans by Client Partners, and provide support in account operations on a need basis or during escalations.
Ensure account growth is achieved as per plan by reviewing strategy, helping position Infosys strategically, and strengthening its role as a trusted partner within assigned accounts. Usually, the Group Client Partner leads a portfolio of $100M+.
Role Description• Client relationship management and business development: manage client relationships, build a portfolio up to $100M+, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
• Own revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction targets across a portfolio exceeding $100M.
• Lead large transformational pursuits, contract negotiations, and executive-level client engagements.
• Drive account mining initiatives to expand Infosys' footprint across business units, services, and technology domains.
• Client delivery assurance: collaborate with delivery, consulting, and practice leadership teams to ensure successful execution, value realization, operational excellence, and achievement of client business outcomes.
• Account planning and governance: develop and execute comprehensive account strategies covering executive stakeholder mapping, opportunity identification, pricing strategy, competitive positioning, risk management, and long-term growth objectives.
• Advise clients on business transformation initiatives involving AI, data, cloud modernization, customer experience, and digital operating models.
• Identify and shape strategic opportunities aligned with client business priorities and emerging industry trends.
Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 16+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
• Significant business development and project management experience
• Experience in the relevant industry/vertical
• Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
• Demonstrated experience managing P&L, revenue targets, and executive business relationships within large enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of Media & Entertainment industry segments including Broadcast, Streaming, Sports, Publishing, Digital Media, Advertising Technology, and Content Platforms.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex transformation programs and strategic client initiatives.
• Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build credibility with senior business and technology leaders.

Preferred Qualifications• MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 14+ years of experience
• Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions
• Good understanding of industry-specific business issues and drivers
• Global Delivery Model experience
• Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
• Demonstrated success growing strategic enterprise accounts through consultative selling, executive relationship management, and large transformational engagements.
