Qualifications

• Current group fitness certification or specialty class certification (e.g., Zumba®) and current CPR/AED certification (no online certifications accepted).
• Experience in group fitness instruction, personal training, or corporate wellness programs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to network and engage with clients and participants.
• Professional communication skills to relay information effectively.
• Public speaking ability to engage and motivate class participants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging strength and conditioning class formats with lively playlists.
• Build class attendance by promoting participation and offering adaptations for all fitness levels.
• Teach classes with enthusiasm and passion for client results.
• Engage participants and provide a motivating group environment.
• Adapt class structure to accommodate different skill levels and client needs.
• Provide coverage at multiple fitness center locations as required.
