You Are:

Song Life, Part of Accenture Song, is seeking a Group Account Supervisor that serves as the internal leader of the brand, building and maintaining positive client relationships with a focus on achieving their goals. This person motivates and inspires others through transparent expression of ideas and fosters a collaborative work philosophy within and amongst teams. The Work:
  • The Group Account Supervisor serves as the internal leader of a brand, building and maintaining positive client relationships with a focus on achieving their goals
  • Maintain contact with clients to ensure a strong understanding of their needs and effectively communicating that to the internal team, staying on top of business opportunities and/or significant changes in the client's business structure or needs
  • Take a leadership role in the development and presentation of the agency's recommendations, POV's, and strategic initiatives, actively promoting agency offerings to clients
  • Partner closely with creative and integrated producer partners to ensure day-to-day workflow
  • Seek out and maintain complete working knowledge of the assigned disease segment, products, and target audiences
  • Work with strategy partners to develop creative briefs and strategic plans
  • Act as a key contributor of tactical brainstorming
  • Provide accurate and timely product forecasts, managing quarterly reconciliations and billing.
  • Work with integrated producer to build SOW's
  • Develop and help manage career growth plans for junior account team members - instilling confidence in your team
  • Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary depending on business need and client requirements
