Job Description:
Title: Group Account Supervisors
Department: Account Services
Your Role: Group Account Supervisors (GAS) are responsible for overseeing complex Brand(s) with multiple workstreams. Ability to lead complex initiatives (strategic and executional) seamlessly with a mix of support and independence.
What You will Do:
• Lead complex initiatives on large brands or multiple mid-size brands, including strategic and tactical initiatives
• Ensure pull through of Brand strategy on tactics and initiatives
• Be a teacher and mentor to junior staff and direct reports
• Work with your manager to "set the tone for the team"
• Run projects and initiatives end to end while supervising junior staff
• Manage your teams SOW from creation, through completion.
• Work with Project Management to ensure budget changes are communicated as appropriate to agency management and appropriate team members
• When appropriate, work to optimize established agency account procedures, including account files, approval process and status reports and ensure team members follow them.
• Learn to identify and act on organic growth opportunities.
• Develop and sell recommendations to client(s) with cross functional team members and manager
• Monitor client business to identify opportunities for agency growth.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction, by proactively identifying, escalating client issues and opportunities
• Develop deep product knowledge base (i.e., understanding of product indications, market research, marketing plans, and competitive knowledge)
• Monitor brand and projects in progress to ensure on-track project timing, actively communicate any challenges and work with team to identify solutions

• Superior verbal and written communication skills

• Able to collaborate across a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present ideas to brand teams and clients
• Experience with multiple types of projects and initiatives (digital, social, omnichannel, TV, CRM)
• Able to travel to client meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of medical marketing or agency experience
• Previous experience managing one or more direct reports
• Patient Pharmaceutical advertising experience is preferred, not required.

The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire. $78,000 - $149,500

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
