Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Ground Systems Digital Engineer to join our team! In this role you will work as a technical staff member of the Ground Systems (GMN) Systems Engineering team to champion the implementation and advancement of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and digital toolsets within a DevSecOps environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive digital engineering strategy for the GMD Weapon System.
Champion the adoption of MBSE methodologies across the GMN organization.
Develop and maintain system models using tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler
Integrate MBSE models with other digital engineering tools and platforms
Develop and implement digital twins of the GMD Weapon System to support simulation, analysis, and decision-making.
Establish and maintain a digital thread linking system requirements, design artifacts, test results, and other relevant data.
Define and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and consistency across the digital environment.
Collaborate with software development teams to integrate MBSE models, artificial intelligence, and other digital engineering tools into the DevSecOps pipeline.
Develop and deliver training on MBSE methodologies and digital engineering tools.
Develop and maintain the Qlik Dashboard to track GMD Weapon System Objective Evidence for program milestone reviews.
Incorporate MDA digital engineering directives into the GMN workflow to facilitate efficiency of technical reviews internal and external to GMN and other MDA Stakeholders.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field.
Minimum of 7 years of direct experience in MBSE is required.
Active Secret clearance required.
Proficiency with MBSE tools such as CAMEO Systems Modeler or similar is required.
Experience with digital engineering toolsets including, but not limited to, Jira, Confluence, DOORS, Qlik, Teamwork Cloud, and Windchill is required.
Experience with DevSecOps data modeling and data governance is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.

Salary Range: $112,200.00 - $196,400.00
